This is a legal and binding agreement between myself and WJ Maintenance.
Fees will be adjusted annually by WJ Maintenance.
All payments must be made before the 7th of each month and in full, payment will be made in advanceContract will be running for either 12 or 24 months.
In the event that I do not make payment as provided for herein, I agree and accept that I will be liable for all legal costs.
Cancellation or not renewing.
I agree that I will be reliable for the remaining time’s monthly premiums upon cancellation.
I agree that I will advise two months ahead should I not renew my contract.
Declaration:
I hereby agree that I accept above mention and that the form will be completed to my best. I understand what my package means and covers. I further agree that I am not aware of any other property damage except for the ones I have listed on the form below. I will not hold WJ Maintenance reliable for any loss or damage to my property.
